Y Managers was created to address the challenges and untapped potential we saw in teams.  Working with experts in organizational development and performance management, we witnessed organizations struggling to link individual work with strategic goals.  Traditional management methods often fell short, and a more data-driven, adaptable approach was clearly needed for today's workplace.
